How will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped using regular Auspost eParcel (or courier service) Couriers Please, Fastway, TNT. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you have any delivery instructions/requests please leave a note in the comments at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To ensure your items are delivered safely; we require signature on delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the Auspost courier will leave a calling card and the parcel will be taken to your local post office. (other courier leave a calling card to notify you that delivery was attempted.) (Re-delivery charges apply)

Please not My Music Books will not deliver to unattended addresses/PO Box's. Please make sure that someone will be home to accept the delivery.


Orders are ussually dispatched directly from our warehouse’s in Sydney, Melbourne, QLD and WA. Most orders are sent via a tracked service. Some orders may be dispatched directly from our supplier in order to shorten delivery time - Please allow up to 4 days for dispatch and 2-8 working days for delivery.

How quickly will you ship my order?

For items in stock, dispatch will be within 1-4 working days and delivery times will vary based on your location. For out of stock items we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to let you know the estimated delivery time. If your order is urgent we recommend contacting us before placing your order so that we can give you an ETA.

Express eParcel
Australia Post guarantees next (business) day delivery service between all capital cities except Darwin and Perth. Click here for more information about Auspost Express exclusions. Standard Handling times of 1 to 4 Business day's still apply.

Shipping Inquiries

Please note that Industrie Music is not a Courier Service, Therefore My Music Books has no control over delivery times once an order has been collected from our warehouse or supplier wearhouse. We storgly advise you contact the couriers directly should there be a delay in reciveing your item. as this is the fastest approach.

Shipping Insurance

All products are insured against damage caused while in transit from Industrie Music to the customer only. They are not insured if they are simply lost or stolen. This includes packages that have been left at a property on request (without signature) so we strongly recommend having your items shipped to a work address if no one will be home to sign for the package.

Items damaged in transit

DO NOT sign for a package if you suspect it is damaged. Signing for an item means it has been received in good order, and any damage is no longer the courier's responsibility. If your item is damaged, you must call us (02 8123 4081) or email us ( to notify us within 24 hours, so we can help you best. Please include your name, address, items ordered and a brief description of the apparent damage. All items will be assessed by us on a case by case basis.

Delivery Delays

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of the reason for the delay. If you need your item(s) urgently we recommend contacting us before making an order to check whether the items are readily available.
